THE BUILDING
FIVE55, located at De Blaak 555 and previously known as the Blaak Office Tower, is one of Rotterdam's most recognisable office buildings. It was designed by German-American architect Helmut Jahn of Chicago based Murphy/Jahn, with construction starting in 1990 and completed in 1995. Standing 30 storeys and 107 metres tall, FIVE55 has been part of Rotterdam's skyline for decades.

In 2019 the building underwent a high quality renovation with well-being and comfort front and centre. Tenants enjoy a coffee bar in the entrance, a staffed reception service, a restaurant run by We Canteen and stylish lounges.
