After the tender period, the church board will meet to decide on the awarding of the sale, after which a purchase contract will be drawn up based on the draft purchase contract available in the data room. After the purchase agreement has been signed, episcopal authorisation from the diocese must be applied for. Only after episcopal authorisation has been obtained will there be a definitive agreement.
