Each unit is delivered turn-key and ready for immediate use. The spaces come with modern workstations and access to shared facilities such as meeting rooms, lounge areas, phone booths, and a business club with a barista coffee bar.

• Type 3: 36 m² net | 6 workstations | Rent: €3,025 per month
• Type 4: 42 m² net | 7 workstations | Rent: €3,530 per month
• Type 5: 51 m² net | 8 workstations | Rent: €4,235 per month
• Type 6: 55 m² net | 9 workstations | Rent: €4,590 per month
It is possible to combine multiple units into a larger layout. All prices are excluding VAT.
SERVICE CHARGES
Service charges are included in the rental price and cover, among other things:
• Cleaning of office units
• Use of gas, water, and electricity
• Mail handling (receipt and distribution)
• Staffed reception and welcome service
• Maintenance of installations and technical systems
• Use of common areas (entrance, lounge, pantry)
• Security and access control
INTERNET
High-speed internet is provided by a specialized IT partner. A variety of IT solutions are available starting from €89 per month. Optional upgrades include premium bandwidth or a dedicated connection.
LEASE TERM
From 12 months. Shorter lease terms possible upon agreement.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
A deposit equal to three months’ rent including VAT applies.
NOTICE PERIOD
Three months, unless otherwise agreed.

Parking is available in the immediate vicinity (e.g. Moreelsepark Garage and Jaarbeursplein).
