Rent: €1,200 per month excl. VAT
This spacious office is suitable for approximately 4 to 6 people. The space is efficiently laid out, offers plenty of natural light and provides enough room for a professional office setup.

Office Space 42B – approx. 12 m²
Rent: €500 per month excl. VAT
This compact private office measures approximately 3 x 4 metres and is suitable for 1 to 2 workstations. The space is practical, affordable and ideal for freelancers, solo professionals or small startups.

Office Space 42C – approx. 14.8 m²
Rent: €600 per month excl. VAT
This office measures approximately 3.9 x 3.8 metres and is suitable for 2 to 3 people. The space offers room for desks, storage and a professional office setup.

Location and accessibility
The Hub is located in Almere city centre, just a few minutes from Almere Centrum station. From here, there are direct train connections to Amsterdam, Utrecht and Lelystad. The location is also easily accessible by car via the A6 and A27 motorways.

Parking
Public paid parking is available in front of the building and in a nearby parking garage.

Zoning
The office spaces are designated for office use and business services in accordance with the current municipal zoning
plan. Other uses may be discussed with the landlord.

Delivery level and facilities
The office spaces include, among other things:
* high-speed fibre internet;
* access to shared community spaces and lounge;
* access to the building terrace;
* community events, networking opportunities and workshops;
* private key access to the office space and building entrance;
* 24/7 access;
* use of the coffee corner.

Furnishing
The office spaces are offered including desks and chairs. Tenants are welcome to bring or add their own furniture to personalize the space.

Cleaning
Cleaning of the private office space is not included. Tenants are expected to keep the space clean and tidy themselves or arrange cleaning at their own expense.

Address registration
Use of the office address for company registration with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce is available at an additional fee of €50 per month, subject to prior written consent from the landlord.

Rental conditions
Rental period: minimum 6 months.
Payment: monthly, invoiced in advance and due no later than the 1st day of each month.
Access: strictly conditional upon timely payment.
Service costs: to be agreed, utilities and internet are included.
Availability: immediately.
Notice period: 3 months.
Security deposit: 1 month’s rent excl. VAT.
VAT: applicable.

Approval: the above is subject to final approval by the owner.
