This compact private office measures approximately 3 x 4 metres and is suitable for 1 to 2 workstations. The space is practical, affordable and ideal for freelancers, solo professionals or small startups.

Office Space 42C – approx. 14.8 m²
Rent: €600 per month excl. VAT

Rental period: minimum 6 months.
Payment: monthly, invoiced in advance and due no later than the 1st day of each month.
Access: strictly conditional upon timely payment.
Service costs: to be agreed, utilities and internet are included.
Availability: immediately.
Notice period: 3 months.
Security deposit: 1 month’s rent excl. VAT.
VAT: applicable.
