RENT
The offices are available for rent at an all-in rate of €250 per workstation per month. For larger offices, the rate per workstation is reduced.

SERVICE CHARGES
The stated rent is all-in: internet, services, energy and optional furniture are included.

DELIVERY CONDITION OFFICE SPACE
The office units are delivered turn-key and ready for immediate occupancy.

LEASE TERM
From 6 months.

PARKING
Plenty of parking spaces are available beneath the building, available to rent for €250 per month. Visitors can also easily park beneath the building for €2.50 per hour.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
Two months' rent.

ACCESSIBILITY
By car: Zandkasteel is excellently accessible by car via the A2, A9 and A10, all within short distance of the building. Ample parking is available beneath the building, so you and your visitors are always guaranteed a spot close to the entrance.

By public transport: The building sits right in the middle of the Amsterdamse Poort shopping centre, a three minute walk from Bijlmer Arena metro station. From there you're quickly connected to Amsterdam Central, the Zuidas, Schiphol and Utrecht.
